IT Service Desk Portal redesigned to serve employees better

The IT Service Portal & Catalogue has been redesigned for easier navigation.

In an effort to make it easier for College employees to request support or submit orders from ITS, the IT Service Portal & Catalogue has been redesigned.

They can also add the to their bookmarks.

Service options have been streamlined for users to submit tickets more quickly, browse the knowledge base of FAQ鈥檚, and more.

The most notable changes are when submitting requests when something is not broken, and where to find things to order.

The IT Service Desk continues to be available by phone weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (905) 735-2211 ext. 7642, and we look forward to serving you better through the improved IT Service Desk.
